Hiroshima
We both really enjoyed our time in Hiroshima, even if it was a little sad.
The peace park was really good to visit which is where the A-bomb Dome is - one of the buildings that withstood the atomic bomb. There was a lot to see there including many peace memorials. There were a lot of signs in English as well so that was really handy with regards to reading about the history and purpose of certain things.
I even rung a peace bell that had the world map etched into it.
The A-Bomb Dome up close.

A peace memorial - those are chains of origami paper cranes. You could find these in so many places al over the park.

Across the river from the Dome in the other side of the peace park.

Me ringing the peace bell.

"Chrisssssss, Chrisssssss, I'm hungryyyyy"
